For a specific user, when a resource is updated/saved it automatically redirects to manager/?a=1&{}
It saves successfully.
It does not happen for any other user, and if I create another user in the same group with the same role new user will work fine.
What might have caused the problem.
The site is using Modx Revo 2.2.10

It's difficult to say what's causing that, but my guess would be an invalid intersect object connecting the user to the user group.
Try removing the user from the group and re-adding them, if you haven't already.
If that doesn't work, SiteCheck would find the invalid intersect and remove it for you, if that's the problem.

No I didn't try removing it from the group and re-add it. I deleted the user and created another with the same name and permissions. (lousy solution, but had to do something fast)
