Articles and Quip Component - Cant permitt Usergroup to manage comments

I want to permitt a sertain Usergroup to moderate the Quip Comments. I already added this usergroup in the Articles Configuration (Blog->Settings->Comments->Security), but the Usergroup still gets the "Not permitted" message in Articles Component and an empty list in the Quip Component.

I looked around in the Userpermissions and in the Systemsettings of the Addons but I had no luck ...

Has someone already managed to do this successfully?

Make sure that the usergroup has mgr context access to the 'QuipModeratorPolicy'.
