Error Message after Install

    I am testing out a new hoster - and I did an install using Softaculous - after the install it seems to install successfully. You would see the front page and then the manager page. But once you try to login this is what I get -

    Warning: setcookie() expects at most 6 parameters, 7 given in /home/domainname/public_html/core/model/modx/modx.class.php on line 2371

    What causes this? Will try to do a manual install when I get home today.

      Your version of PHP is < 5.2.0, which is the version of PHP where the 7th parameter was added.

        Bam! You ROCK! Weirdly one folder was set at 5.1.x while the others were at 5.3. Change them all to 5.4.x and now it runs perfectly! smiley
