We have an eCommerce site selling food product for the holidays with a limited number of baked goods. When we need to stop offering a particular selection; is there a way to disable your ability to order that item because it's sold out without removing it from the site altogether? Can it be hidden? Please advise.

Is each product in your store a separate resource? How are they set up?

Are you using a MODX add-on component to handle the eCommerce (if so, which one), or did you roll your own system?
