getPage how to set custom class for each third element?

Hi. I want to use getPage for pagination and displaying articles. And I need to set custom class for each third article. How can I do this with getPage?

Why do you need the custom class for each 3rd article? If it's only for positioning, you can do that with simple CSS sizing and floating.

Yes, it's for positioning. I have an html/css site and I trying to use it with Modx. If it is possible, it would be good, then I don't need to modify html/css part. Also Smarty have this option.
