    Is there a way to make a migx field required??

      This is entirely untested but you could try adding allowBlank:false to your form field like so..

      {"field":"title","caption":"Title","allowBlank":"false"}

      It's been a while since I've looked into the mechanics of MIGX so no guaranties... It would be interesting to hear back though.

          Have you already tried creating a specific TV for this and setting the "Allow Blank" setting to false?

              Sorry about that... I meant specifying an input TV by name in your form fields. In other words...

              1. Create a new text tv called bobbydigitalTextTV
              2. Set the "Allow Blank" setting to false on this TV
              3. In your MIGX TV form tabs config, add a field like so:
              {"field":"title","caption":"Title","inputTV":"bobbydigitalTextTV"}

              This presumably would inherit all of the specified options for the given TV including the "Allow Blank" option which you set to false.

              Let me know how it works..

                Have tried this before – until a customer said that 'sometimes' he cannot save the resource containing this MIGX TV anymore. 'Sometimes' seems to be only the case when the MIGX editing popup was opened. During closing the editing popup some flag seems not to be cleaned. After reenabling the 'Allow Blank' setting the issue was away.

                  @jako That's an interesting observation... Once again, it's been a while since I've looked at the MIGx code, but if I remember correctly...when a window is closed, it is merely hidden, not destroyed so I can see how that might cause an issue once the window has been created. I'm not even sure how you would get around that without completely destroying the window and recreating it each time.
