A day or two ago, some links on my site started changing from the domain name to the IP address. About five minutes ago it happened on a page, and after leaving that page and coming back to it ten seconds later, it was back to using the domain name. Why is this happening? Is there a way to manually set the [(site_url)] and [(base_url)]?

This is calculated dependent on certain values a web server will return when being queried. If your server is returning IP addresses instead of domain names sometimes, this may be something you need to take up with your server admin.
