Everytime I update Evo, TinyMCE breaks. What am I doing wrong?

I am getting a bit desperate here. Everytime I update Evo, TinyMCE breaks and I have no idea how to fix it. On top of this, it seems to break in different ways each time.

Most of the time the file/image browser stops working. But other times it will be something weird like it doesnt appear at all, even though TinyMCE is selected in the config.

Whats going on? Does anyone else have these issues? Could it have something to do with my server?

Could you tell us more about your hosting environment and how you are performing upgrades?

I have had problems with this and similar Javascript-based apps for years, and I keep forgetting one common cause - the browser cache. Browsers will cache Javascript files, and if you update a Javascript application, the browser's cached copy of the app's old files will cause it to fail. Usually the browser will eventually refresh its cache under unknown conditions, so it's hard to determine what exactly "fixed" the problem. I eventually got into the habit of clearing my browser cache whenever I upgrade or change anything that has to do with Javascript. Sometimes it takes two or three tries, for some reason some browsers sometimes really don't want to get rid of their cached Javascript files.
