FURLS working... almost

Hello,
This might be a very easy one, and has probably been covered many times before. I have set up FURLS on my site, which is working.
But for some reason, when I view a page that is a child of another page, the URL uses the ID of the parent page rather than the name... like this:
http://www.mydomain.co.uk/3/our-teams.html
The 3 is the ID of the parent resource, any ideas how I change that to be this...
http://www.mydomain.co.uk/about-us/our-teams.html
Also, when I view the about us page the URL works fine, as in...
http://www.mydomain.co.uk/about-us/
Thanks for any advice.

Looks like the parent hasn't had a url alias set ( friendly url ) so it's defaulting to the id of the document which is the expected result.
