What do you mean transport from one domain to another domain? Are you moving the site from one host to another or are you moving the site to a new domain URL, i.e., www.websiteone.com to www.websitetwo.com? The instructions for moving a site are located here:
http://rtfm.modx.com/revolution/2.x/administering-your-site/moving-your-site-to-a-new-server
You also use the word "transport" are you referring to transport packages created using
Vapor or
Teleport? If so, it's a little different than the instructions in the RTFM.
Feel free to clarify anything so we can better answer your question.

What i have done sofar:
-flush sessions and clear cash on oldsite
-move sitefolders to other host
-change the config.inc.php files so *oldsite.com* changed to *newsite.com*
-add some date time zone in the .htaccess
-changed database
-removed cash folders
-chmod folder 775 and files 664
but still i dont get what i want.
sometimes i receive a 500 error :Site temporarily unavailable.
when i turn: 'php_flag zlib.output_compression On' i receive
'Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.'
when i add the original setup folder.. i receive:
'Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.'
nothing helps sofar.. does somebody got an idea?
It's very common to have corrupted or missing files when you use FTP to transfer the files individually. It's much more reliable to .zip up the files locally and unzip them on the server in cPanel.
More info here:
http://bobsguides.com/modx-upgrade-faq.html. It's about upgrading, but the section on transferring files applies.
Sorry, that guide's for MODX Cloud. The first part about creating the Vapor package is correct. Once you have the zipped up file, you would then FTP this to the core/packages folder on the new hosting. Then go to package management, click on the arrow on the download packages button and click on search locally for packages. Your Vapor package should show up - install it and you're away!
You may need to set folders to 755 and files to 644. It depends on the host, but that seems to be the most common these days.
