What does everyone do for ensuring that their MODX websites (database and files) are all backed up and secure? My server takes backups on a weekly basis, but i don't think that is enough and i want to make sure that if anything goes wrong with my MODX websites that i can quickly get them back up and running again?

I've got faith in my hosting providers backups (7 days rolling located in separate datacenter), that and a direct line to the boss if there is a problem
If you have root access to your server Jungledisk from Rackspace is an option for cloud based incremental backup. It handles files only, not databases. To handle the databases I have a script dump a copy of them and zip them up on a nightly basis. Costs are good and they offer US and EU locations from their own and Amazon's datacentres.
I use this combination as my third line of defense behind on server and datacentre backups.
