Hello,
I have a small problem that I am hoping someone can help me with, and please do tell me if this has been covered before.
I have been developing a site locally on MAMP. It is now ready to go onto a live (testing) environment which I have set up. I read some reviews about the best way to move my site over, and one that seemed most logical was to install modx on my hosted server through softaculous, and import my database. I've done that, and copied over my CCS files, Images, and other folders and files that I think I need. I've also copied over the packages that I had added on.
I can log in to the manager, and can see all my resources, all my templates, chunks, snippets etc. I can also view the home page when I look at the URL, but it is having a problem with Wayfinder, and possibly some of the other packages. On the home page where the menu should be it says Error: Wayfinder class not found. And when I click on some of my chunks, I just get a white screen.
Have I missed something really obvious? Any help or guidance would be most appreciated.
Thanks
John
Did you run Setup (yoursite.com/setup) after moving the files? If not, try that.
