That's really an odd problem. Do they have the same template as the chunks that show?
You might also try disabling your plugins.

What do you mean the template? If you mean the content, in the migrated DB and the original DB both chunks' records are exactly the same. Idem for category, name, etc.
As for plugins, you mean the packages?
Welp, solved. I completely skipped re-running the setup on the migrated site and now everything's just fine and dandy. Oh well. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
