At one of my websites I have an issue with updating MODX Revolution 2.2.9 to 2.2.10.
I'm be able te start the setup and choose for Upgrade Existing Install. All checks are passed and I choose for Install. Around 15-20 seconds later, the homepage of the website (the homepage is also configured as not found page in MODX) is loaded. The URL still shows (www.mydomain.com/setup/index.php?action=install).
I tried to reupload all the MODX files, but this didn't help. The website is hosted on a shared server with multiple MODX websites running at Revolution 2.2.10 (all updated from 2.2.9). Also using a different browser didn't help.
The Apache Usage Log contains the following lines:

The Apache Error Log containt the following lines:

PHP Version 5.4.16 is running with CGI/FastCGI.
Is someone familair with this error message in the Apache Error Log?
