Go to your Lexicon Management under the System menu. Under the core namespace and default topic, change the value for "resources" to whatever you want. Be sure to clear the cache after updating. You may need to clear your core/cache files.

remember that if you change lexicon entry then every resource will be affected. if you need to change label only for a particular type of resource this is not the best solution.

my mistake, I think you're looking for the label inside the resource editing page. that's in the resource tree instead.
