Feature Request / Core hack - Edit on Document Select.

Is there a way to change the core so that when a document is selected in the manager it defaults to display the document in edit mode? I personally rarely click on a document to look at it, I want to edit it.

Can anyone think of a quick hack, and would this break other functionality?

Using the standard right-click menu to choose "edit" is working nicely though and doesn’t really seem like a usability detour imho.

Yeah I guess it is! I feel kinda stupid on that note because I never really used it. I never worked that great on older versions.

So what file has the order of the edit display, moving the TV fields above the content would be neato for me.
