phpMyAdmin SQL command to "empty" a specific row in the table?

I want to remove the description text for my templates/chunks/snippets/etc. etc. What command could I do in phpMyAdmin to empty the tables without deleting them (and causing an error)?

All I need is the command for one of them (like chunks), and I can change it to work on the others.

UPDATE table-name SET description = ''
```
in the sql field should do the job.
