This morning I updated MXCalendar from 1.1.3-pl to 1.1.9-pl.

When I did, all our events feeds suddenly began to show 'No events found.' I went into the manager to check it out and have found that all our categories are missing.

I logged into the database and looked around - our categories are all present, but it's become clear that the database schema has not been updated to match 1.1.9-pl structure as indicated by the schema. I went through and hand-updated the database but this doesn't seem to have made the difference.

Any leads on what might have gone wrong and possible trails of enquiry/repair?

I set all the category parents to '0' (I had set the default to '1') and that seems to have got me my events list back but still not my categories at this stage.

No problems Charles - I found a work around in the short term and will have a shot at applying the fix outlined in that thread in due course.

Any ideas whether or not the next release (1.2.0 or whatever it will go out as) will carry the fix?

Thanks for your help either way - appreciate you getting in touch!
          • Yes, the next release 1.1.10-pl will include the fix to update that during the install process. We are less than a week away from the release as well.

            Cheers
