PHP Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to ImagePlus\CacheManager::__construct()

All of a sudden we couldn't login to the manager (blank screen on the manager page) and when I checked the error log I saw this:

PHP Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to ImagePlus\CacheManager::__construct() must be an instance of modMediaSource, null given, called in /core/components/tvimageplus/lib/ImagePlus/ModxService.php on line 50 and defined in /core/components/tvimageplus/lib/ImagePlus/CacheManager.php on line 19

Any ideas?

First, try deleting all files in the core/cache directory and see if that helps.

If you have to, you can disable CacheManager and/or ImagePlus in the modx_plugins table in the DB.

Check with your host to see if any upgrades were done lately. I've read that with some new versions of PHP, you need to disable opcode caching.
