newsparserx at local pc

hello everybody

i run newsparserx very well with all RSS of many site on internet : yahoo, cnn , bbc...

but at local pc when i get from other site(name : news) i get the error :
An XML error occurred on line 76: Undeclared entity warning
i dont know why and my url : [[newsparserx? &url=`http://192.168.0.144/index.php|xq|id|xe|rss2` &image=’1’ &descr=’1’]] .

pls help me.

i find out why but i create the RSS file following the document but why my RSS section is always get that error

and im using ditto to parse to XML file and iget this message: "Processing Instruction not started"

i find out why. because the modx run on php5 so we have to change <? ?> -> <?php ?> in configuration file of ditto snippet.

That has nothing to do with the PHP version. There is a setting in php.ini "short_open_tags" that allos or disallows that format.
