      Jesse,

Have you looked in the console to see if it's throwing errors. Chances are it's running out of process threads to complete rendering of the view. See if you can try to turn off CSS/JS compression in system settings. Does attempts to reload the browser yield any more of the view after the load?

I have seen this on a couple of sites. I resolved it by disabling the js and css compression in the settings. Of course I had to edit the DB directly, since I couldn't get to the settings in the manager.

I generally turn the compress_js and compress_css System Settings off for all sites. I don't notice any speed difference and it's one less thing to worry about. I think having them on can cause problems in a working site when the host upgrades something or a new browser version comes out.

This was brilliant!!! I have been going crazy over this for months. Logged into the DB using sequel pro and changed the settings. Had to delete the core->cache file since i couldn't do it in the manager interface. After that it was perfect. Thank for all the help!!!

You probably know this, but after changing the core->cache file, be sure to actually change the System Settings once you get into the Manager, otherwise, they'll revert.
