I have a tv with date data which I call at a tpl inside a getpage. Outpuit date format of the tv is %A %e %b.
My tv name is DMY. With [[+tv.DMY]] i get date name, date number and month. Is there a way to filter this placeholder to show me only date name, or date number, or month?
I kow about output modifiers but when I put [[+tv.DMY:time=`%a`]] I get same result with this %a %e %b. I want only %a to be displayed.
I also tried [[!+tv.DMY:time=`%a`]] and still nothing.
Anybody can help?

Try [[!+tv.DMY:strtotime:date=`%a`]]
I must make a correction. [[+tv.DMY:date=`%a`]] displays nothing also!
It seems like date parameter doesn't work at all. Cached or uncached makes no difference. Modx version is 2.2.8-pl.
Set the output to default. You need Unix time format in order to filter the date. That's why you use strtotime in the output modifier.
