Make a new Tutorial for Modx Documentation

Hello to all! I would like to make a contribution to the community of modx!
I focused a lot during this time about the CRC and the management of those classes.
I could help with some tutorial applies to classes CRC and the management of these classes within the Manager, such as, how to add custom tab when creating / updating of resources.

There are some tutorials on CMP, and is very useful! but unfortunately they do not cover many important aspects in which I found myself looking like a fool for internet.

If I put down a tutorial about it, could be implemented in the official documentation? Could I have a small space where I can post the tutorial? How does it work?
Do I need special skills? Belong to some administrative group to do it?
