    I am running MODX 2.2.9 and just installed a new copy of MIGX 2.5.8

    What is happening, is when I attempt to add a new item to a MIGX grid, the subsequent form overlay fires an error (screenshot attached).

    My tv setup is as basic as can be for testing this:

    Form tabs:
    [
    {"caption":"Info", "fields": [
        {"field":"title","caption":"Title"}
    ]}
    ]

    Grid Columns:
    [
    {"header": "Title", "width": "160", "sortable": "true", "dataIndex": "title"}
    ]

    Error log is reporting this on the crash:
    [2013-10-18 10:48:29] (ERROR @ /connectors/system/phpthumb.php) phpThumb was unable to generate a thumbnail for: /[path_to_html]/html/core/cache/phpthumb/phpThumb_cache_lennoxbenefits.com_srcf41ec4a118f9eee24a47be877c555373_paradf896d45f319fa323d889e84ccb98c5_dat0.jpeg

    (I replace the real path with [path_to_html] for this post)

    MIGX was set up according to the instructions (I haven't run into this before, but then I haven't used the newer versions of MIGX).

    Any ideas what is causing this? Need to remedy this asap or do something not so fun to achieve a similar result.

      Answering my own issue here:
      I had overridden the [[++assets_url]] system setting in my context (to direct it to a subfolder in assets).

      MIGX uses this setting to find its connector, which was NOT at the newly defined assets_url, thus it would fire some errors during the window build, and essentially break the entire manager ExtJS execution.

      Changed my setting to site_assets_url, updated my chunks that were using this placeholder, and all is well.
