Hi everyone. Thanks for taking the time to read about my problem.
I'm a developer at an agency that recently acquired a client whose former agency set up their site in MODX, but who are now out of touch and we cannot ask them for help. One issue that we haven't been able to figure out is with a registration/lost password page. If you try to register for an account on the site, or if you lost your password and enter your email address, the page gives an error "An error while sending the email. Please contact the Site Administrator."
All I can find with limited documentation about this site is that it uses WebLoginPE that connects with ExactTarget to register/update accounts. I believe the WebLoginPe <-> ExactTarget connection is ok, because if you enter an email address on the Lost Password screen that is not registered, it will say that the account doesn't exist. It's just the actual mailing part that doesn't seem to work, but I can't track down where specifically the error is occurring or what settings I'd need to update.
