This is a fresh install of the most recent version. Anyone know what could be causing this? What am I missing here?

What version of PHP are you using? A seventh parameter was added to setcookie() in PHP 5.2

It looks like the call to setcookie() is not checking the PHP version to prevent this in PHP versions < 5.2.0 as it is with set_session_cookie_params(). This effectively means you need PHP >= 5.2.0 to run the latest version of MODX Revolution.

And 5.2.0 itself is not acceptable, according to the
installation requirements.
