One of the JQuery drag-and-drop shopping carts would be nice, with the "drop" region actually being part of a form, managed by FormIt.
http://www.jeasyui.com/tutorial/dd/dnd2_demo.html wouldn't be hard to customize.

I really don't see why you need a full-blown shop application. You just need a way to collect a list of selected items, and the customer's details, then email it.
It could be one big set of checkboxes in a big form, even a multi-page form, or some other way of getting the items selected into a Formit form. Of course, it doesn't need to use FormIt, it's just easier to let it handle the heavy lifing and emailing.

Well, this situation would be the same with Evo or Revo, it's all in figuring out how to get the rows into the form for EForm or Formit. Except that FormIt doesn't generate the form. But using JQuery to drag-and-drop items into a specially styled textarea, then having fields for name, address, phone, email, whatever other information is needed, and let FormIt handle validation and emailing. Just consider the list of items selected as the "comment" field in a contact form!
I'll have a look at your suggestion next week, after I get this site launched.
Many thanks
