I'm wondering if this forum might not be the best place to find MODx professionals for hire. Can anyone recommend another way I might find a contractor for hire?

The skills you ask for narrow the field quite a bit. My offhand guess is that there are only about 10-20 people in the world that have them all, maybe less, and they're pretty busy.
