Pages that are populated with content from MIGX DB how do you do it?

Just throwing a question out there regarding the "best" way to go about the following senario.

I have a migx db of items, and i want each item to have a "page".

"Make a page and load into it a snippet that fetches and renders the data based on some get/post vars, and use FURLS to make the pages seem different."

How would you do it?

I would have only one 'full view page' and a FURL - redirect-plugin
