After moving site to a new server: manager no more working

Hello,
I moved a site from one server to another, everything seems fine in the front end, the site is showing up. But after login into manager I only get the top bar and a small part of the main page, but no more. i.e. clicking on system settings the screen remains whize.

I had follwed the process as documented here:

and the test_config.php from the modx_utils is full green and saying "success".

What I'm getting when looking into Firebug: there are some error 400 "Bad Requests":


It seems there are too many parameters in the url, but I don't figure out where this comes from.

I tried to activate and deactivate htaccess, too - with no results.

You may need to disable the compress_js and compress_css in the modx_system_settings table. For both of these keys set the value field to 0 (zero), Then clear the site cache folder and reload manager. Also could be corrupt files from the migration, strongly recommended to upload a single zip file of all site artifacts and then unpack directly on the new host server.
