I'm using Redirector 1.0.3 with Revolution 2.2, and generally love both. However, I tried to deactivate and then delete one of my redirects, and it continues to function, even after clearing both the ModX system cache and my browser cache. Can anyone suggest a way to make it stop redirecting?

Did you try clearing browser sessions? Using a Chrome Incognito window is an easy way to do this
Good suggestion! Unfortunately still having the problem even in an Incognito window.
Did you try manually deleting all files in the core/cache directory?
Even that did not work! Has anyone ever seen this before?
