I'm putting together a gallery system similar to the one that can be seen here:
    http://www.taylorhowes.co.uk/#/portfolio

I have a MigX/Jquery powered background slideshow already in place as well as a MigX/Jquery driven gallery, what I would now like to do is change the background slideshows contents to those of the gallery when a user clicks the gallery cover image. However I'm not entirely sure how that would be accomplished within the constraints of ModX.

Would I be correct in thinking that AJAX will be the way forward or is it just a case of emptying the contents of the div containing the preloaded background images and then using JQuery to write the gallery contents into the correct place.

The problem with ModX is that theres often no wrong way of doing things, or so many options for doing it right, thats its hard to pick the right one smiley

Hope someone can help, I've reached a bit of a impasse and can't decide how to proceed.
