Does has simple search a parameter to limit the search only in certain folders or only for some templates?

I have a blog done based on the article package in modx revo.
I would like that when search in blog I only get blog documents in my result.

I use for the site the SimpleSearch but that shows all found documents not just blog ones.

You can specify a comma-separated list of parent IDs to restrict the search to, using the ids parameter. To ensure that children of the parents are searched, set the idType parameter to "parents". This will add all the children of the IDs in the ids parameter to the search. See http://rtfm.modx.com/extras/revo/simplesearch/simplesearch.simplesearch.

I'll try to find time to set out the exact code in the next day or two. If you try beforehand, let us know how it works.
