Migx - access denied problem

Hi All,

I am working with migx for a while and i like it very much. But i found a problem and i don't know the solution.

The thing is:

I have a component menu item MIGX and some module component items i created by MIGX. Now when i want to make migx invisible and access not granted for some user groups i get an access denied when an user wants to open a module. Because de migx menu item is not visible. When i put the migx menu item visible, the user can open the module.

Does anyone know the solution for this problem? I searched the forum, but i didn't found an answer for this.

Is nobody exploring this problem? Please someone help me. Because i really can't hide it without getting "access denied" if i want to open other modules created it by MIGX.

You could place the MIGX grid into a protected resource, and then in your getImageList call just reference the ID of the resource to fetch the items from (the protected resource).
