MODxRE theme - Login manager form layout breaks slightly when Captcha is enabled

Great work with the new Evo Release.

I love the MODxRE theme, it looks very nice.

The layout of the MODxRE theme Manager Login form breaks slightly when Captcha is enabled.

See attached image.

The captcha input field overlaps the login button - and the explanatory text is bigger than the other text in the form.

This brings me to my next point: Is it still good practice to include captcha on the login page?

I don't remember the Evo version very well, but I think there are Captcha System Settings for the size of the Captcha image -- I know there are in the Revo version.

As for including it on the Login page, most bad bots can read Captcha images now unless you use the math option (and I'm not sure it exists in the Evo version).

Dunno where its located to change this, it prolly needs <br style="clear:both" /> after captcha code.

I use modernlogin module for custom loginpage, then the page is located in modules/modernlogin/

I haven't tried yet, but it's possible to change the /manager login foldername.

Thanks BobRay, I think its more a css quirk / design oversight. I dare say the designer of that particular theme does not use captcha given how good the theme login page looks - its definitely the nicest evo login page I have seen. Incorporating captcha in the design may have just slipped through the cracks, but worth noting if they read this post.

Ah ok thanks, I will try without and see how I go. I don't think the math option exists in Evo but would love to be proven wrong.
Some other cms' login pages like WordPress and PrestaShop do not use captcha on their login pages so perhaps without it is the way forward.

I think you might be right, its probably just a css float issue - perhaps just a clearing div is needed.
Is it a bug?
