Problems with the site. After three days of searching I post it here.

Dear Sirs,

I would be very grateful if someone can help me.

Our website - oral.proling.ru

CMS - MODx Evolution (not sure about version).

Originally the site was loaded on a Linux hosting.

It took a move to Windows hosting, Parallels Plask Panel.

After transferring the site to a new host, the problems began, which we can not solve, try everything.

1. Control panel is not available. The address should be - oral.proling.ru /manager/.

2. Not working countdown timer.

3. It is impossible to change the attributes files on via Total Commander.

I'm not an expert in Windows hosting, but have you check the .htaccess file in manager folder?
try to delete it or rename

File .htaccess does not exist in the /manager/.

Still in search of solving.

Yep, just deleted .htaccess at /assets/cache.

But timer still not works.

The countdown timer is most likely a Javascript application, and you'll need to find where it expects to find its files and fix the paths for it. That has nothing to do with MODx itself.

That's a fairly recent Evolution login page; you can find the exact version in the upper right corner of the Manager.

Hm. After examining your page at oral.proling.ru, I see that the end date of the countdown timer is calculated from a value in a hidden div container, which is empty. I would presume that the value is inserted into that div container by a snippet or a TV. Since your site has moved from a Linux server to a Windows server, that snippet may well not be working on a Windows server.

Not all conversion specifiers may be supported by your C library, in which case they will not be supported by PHP's strftime(). Additionally, not all platforms support negative timestamps, so your date range may be limited to no earlier than the Unix epoch. This means that %e, %T, %R and, %D (and possibly others) - as well as dates prior to Jan 1, 1970 - will not work on Windows, some Linux distributions, and a few other operating systems. For Windows systems, a complete overview of supported conversion specifiers can be found at » MSDN.

Anyway i have a new problem.

After SAVE in manager mode i get always the same message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Yes, that's right. The snippet is in manager mode, when i got to them main page. But how i can to fix that....?(

Atm the date of timer end is 28/09/2013 23:59, but timer isn`t work...

I have no idea; I don't work on Windows servers, so I don't know how the snippet needs to output the time to make the Javascript countdown script happy.
