if you make a change on any template or resource, select the newsletter again, and SAVE it again.
it will update the database.

I dont understand purpose of recurent sending of the same newsletter... Why would I want to send the same newsletter every month

Just "Generate Queue" and "Send" them all.
BUT,
consult your host how many mails they allow you to send in one batch.
My package doesn't check the bounce respond.
So if you send more than the limit, you won't know about any error.

You have "Report" tab that has "Send" button to send queueing subscribers immediately.

So, what's the difference of setting up time in the package and the CPanel, you might ask?
Imagine this:
1. You have multiple categories, name it: Regular Users and Chefs.
2. Each categories have different kind of newsletter contents.
3. Each newsletter has different time range.
You only need to set Hosting's cron job to check each day.
When initiated, the package will check which newsletter meets the schedule to send.
Before it sends, it'll create queue first, so if your host has (eg) 50 emails perday, it'll send the rest tomorrow.
