    Hi guys

As in the subject, my MODx Revo installation broke completely after uninstalling Gallery component. I get completely blank screen (no html in the source) at site.address/manager now.

    Any help appreciated

Go into the DB in PhpMyAdmin. In the modx_system_settings table, make sure the manager_theme setting has a value of default.

If that doesn't do it, try reinstalling Gallery. If that solves things, look at the modification dates in the System Settings table in the Manager and see which settings it modified. You can ask here or look at a clean install of MODX to see what they should be set to after it's uninstalled.

        Hi

manager_theme is set to default. And I can't reinstall Gallery. I can't do anything, I only see blank page. I currently don't have access to any MODx area

I have extension_packages set to [] in the db with modification time close (or same) to when the problem occured

What I have installed at the moment is migx, getResources, wayFinder and tinyMCE [ed. note: belinea66 last edited this post 13 years, 1 month ago.]

          Right -- dumb suggestion. wink

          1. Try deleting all files in the core/cache directory and clearing your browser cache and cookies.

          2. If that doesn't do it, look in the modx_site_plugins table and see if the galleryCustomTv is still there, and if so, disable it, then repeat step 1 before launching the Manager.

Removing all files from core/cache fixed the problem. Good tip for the future. Thanks a mil
