modx eletters- unsubscribe functionality

Hello,

Can any one suggest me how to enable unsubscribe functionality in "eletters"?

In EletterSample template I have added URL(resource ID) to the document which is created for unsubscribe.

I dont what I am missing here. after redirecting on unsubscribe URL(resource ID) it shows Subscriber not found message.

Why is the only "newsletter" plugin devoid of any support or good documentation ?

I also struggle with finding the very basics of this plugin, like the "unsubscribeUrl"

Sometimes it's quite frustrating, that basic plugins, which in Wordpress require 5min to get working, in Modx it's a "puzzle" and "Sherlock Holmes"-like harvesting bits of scattered and outdated info to hope to get it workinfg

You might look at EmailResource, though it's quite old. I don't know how it compares to eLetters. I've never used eLetters.
