Yes, whatever the next release of Articles is (1.7.3 or 1.8.0) will have a Container checkbox

Great stuff! The only down-side to Bob's fix is that the drop-down indicator still shows so will have to look at a bit of CSS to take care of that.

What I have been doing is hiding the Articles container from the menu and then just making a Weblink in the tree, which is not a container, that links to the Article Container.

I've been doing the same thing but Bob's fix does work.
