    Hello Everyone,

I did a quick search on 'mariadb' in the forums and came up with one thread:

    https://forums.modx.com/forums/thread/1857/modx-on-mariadb#dis-post-12864

I have done a bit of experimentation with my Raspberry Pi, MariaDB, MODx Revo, and Arch Linux. Revo seems to be working well in my test site. I have not pounded on it extensivly, but everything seems to be running as I expect.

I was just curious if any other folks have run Revo utilizing MariaDB and what your results were.

Thank you all for your feedback.

    Dan

I'm using MariaDB in production on one of our servers without any problems, in fact the entire server started out with only 256MB of ram (later increase to 1GB for breathing room).

It's a great drop in replacement for MySQL and tends to be nice on the resources, which never hurts in my book smiley
