TV's Media Source not available before resource is created.

Hi all!
I have a problem.
User has his own Media Source and Context. When he wants to create a new resource with picture as a TV he can't do it - FIELD IS HIDDEN! http://awesomescreenshot.com/0cd1pjqa7e

But when resource is have been created and user opens it for editing - the field is come back and shows normally http://awesomescreenshot.com/06d1pjr919

Do you have any Form Customization rules that affect that TV?

No, i didn't make any Form Customization.

Possibly the user settings aren't recognized until the resource gets saved?

The TV's Media Source *should* be recognized when the Create/Edit Resource panel is loaded, imo. I would call it a bug.

Yes, that and the fact that it works when updating existing resources strongly suggests that it's a bug.
