Need help on formit recaptcha

Hi,
I have 2 formit form in a single page. One of the form already have a recaptcha, and which is working fine. But now I need to add another recaptcha to my second form. But the problem is second form is not showing the recaptcha and also it is giving problem to my first form.

Please help. How to fix this.
