500 Server error after creating a new resource and uploading a file

I'm very new to MODx. I tried adding a new resource under another resource which also included a file upload. All of a sudden my page now returns only Error with a 500 server error: http://oilfield.omron.com/about/careers/job-listings

Any idea what might be happening? I've already cleared the cache. All pages are accessible except for that particular one. I can also access the admin area.

What is the content of that resource?

What is the content of the Job Listings resource (#107)? It may contain a badly-formed snippet.

Here is the line calling it:

[[Ditto? &parents=`107` &tpl=`careers_list` &orderBy=`adate DESC`]]

And it works fine with just the other two resources being returned by that Ditto call? If so, what is different about the one that causes the problem?
