Howto copy/paste form N Htmlpages with regex search?

Hi All,
i have a client that has a static html site made with dreamweaver. I want to redo his site with REVO but i need a way to keep all excisting content. Luckily the site was done in dreamweaver so all [[*content]] parts are enclosed in <!-- InstanceBeginEditable name="content" --> . So what i wat is a way to search all HTML docs, find the content between the Dreamweaver tags with (regex?), copy that, past it in another document (CSV) and then use ImportX to get all the content in the MODX dbase.
But how can i do that? is there a tool dat scans all HTML files in a folder, finds the content and copy pasted it?
How would this work?

The time it will take you to find a regex to work this out, you are probably better off just copy and pasting depending on the amount of pages you need to move over. If you have less than 30 pages then do this manually otherwise there is a website called http://buildregex.com/ which you could probably use to help you work out the regex for your needs.
