RTL Text direction in manager, only in one context

Hi all,

I have a multilingual website and one of the languages is arabic.

I am wondering if I can set RTL direction on resource's fields, only when I'm within the arabic context.

You can change the manager's text decoration overall. I'm not sure if that will give you the desired result but if you want to try you have two options...

1) Login as the primary Administrator account
2) Go to System > Contexts
3) Right click on the context you want to change text direction
4) Create new
5) For key use "manager_direction", name it "Manager Text Direction" and use value "rtl", for Area Lexicon Entry use "language", then save

I didn't test if the setting works on contexts, but if that doesn't work, you could try setting it on the actual manager user.

1) Create a new manager user that that will be for the purpose of viewing the manager in "rtl" text
2) Go back to Security > Manage Users
3) Right click on your new user and choose Update User, then go to the settings tab
4) Create new
5) For key use "manager_direction", name it "Manager Text Direction" and use value "rtl", for Area Lexicon Entry use "language", then save [ed. note: nuwebstudios last edited this post 13 years ago.]
