[SOLVED] Internal sever error

Hi all,

Does anyone have any ideas why I’m getting this message when trying to install a template:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I get this when I try to save the pasted html into a ’new template’ :’(

The strange thing is, it happens with some templates but not others. Also, the message says to contact ’[email protected] ’, but that’s me

Sounds like a mod_security issue.

Yes!... that done the trick

I opted for the ’Turning off SecFilterEngine altogether’ method by adding ’ SecFilterEngine Off ’ to my .htaccess file.
