ATM, when a user visits an unpublished page like http://symphonicheaven.com/nds/tempest/downloads/, it just shows a page w/out any content.

Is there a way to make it so unpublished pages go to an error-ish page?

Not sure what your problem is - I’m getting your ’404 - Page Does Not Exist’ Page with a site map when trying your link. Have you been logged in when you got that strange behavior, or did you change something in between?
