Modx Revolution has started to create strange URL endings

I found a problem on two my Modx Revolution sites today.

On every page (except the start page) a strange part appears on URL endings. Both sites have been running normally for a few years without this kind of problems.

Does anybody know what may cause this issue?

Examples

http://valonkuvaaja.com/valokuvaus/#.UhuABD9rK64 *

* URL bold part is the strange thing.

Hovering over the links the urls look normal.
did you change anything in the .htacces for friendly urls?
Or maybe some cachebusting tool?

Looks like a javascript problem and I'm going for AddThis. Try disabling AddThis and see what happens.

Those URL endings are indeed from AddThis. You can change the settings to disable the URL tracking in your AddThis code. You can see why and how to disable here: http://support.addthis.com/customer/portal/articles/381254-address-bar-sharing-analytics#.UhuyU2RgZxk
