    Hi All,

I'm having a heck of a time with the password change.

I have a resource - literally pretty much the exact example from the rtfm site (http://rtfm.modx.com/extras/revo/login/login.changepassword) for a user to change their password.

If I browse this resource directly, and fill in the fields and submit, it work perfectly. No problems - errors show up in the placeholders as expected.

My problem is, throughout my site I have built some pretty slick AJAX mechanisms - been working great for pretty much everything.

If I submit a form (with all the proper inputs and ids from the same example page above) via ajax/post/serialized to the same resource above, it fails to work. No errors. No updates - nothing.

Is there some magic packet or header I have to include to make this work?

    Thanks all!

      Issue resolved smiley

For posterity - when using AJAX it seemed the submitVar was not going through -- and I it still did not work when set to empty...??

Anyways, I discovered by adding a hidden input field with the submitVar attributes it worked.

      Thanks
